Oil fired Castle Class 4-6-0 100 A1 'Lloyds' at Old Oak Common 21/5/48. This locomotive was rebuilt from the GWR's unique Pacific loco 111 'The Great Bear' in September 1924, it was converted to oil firing in January 1947 and then converted back in Auguast 1949 an early withdrawal followed in March 1950. ©Norman Preedy Archive/Rail Photoprints
