Is this the only time that a WR Modified Hall and a Clan Pacific worked in tandem? Modified Hall 7929 'Wyke Hall' and Clan Pacific 72008 'Clan Macleod' run through Bordesley with the Derbyshire Railway Society's 'Clan-King-Hall' railtour. Sadly all of the Kings had been withdrawn by the time of the tour and 72008 operated both the outward and return Leeds legs of the trip. The 'Hall' and Clan worked from Tyseley to Crewe, 24/3/63. ©Neville Simms/Ranwell Collection/Rail Photoprints
