Class 52 1023 'Western Fusilier' at York after arrival with the 'Western Finale' railtour, 12/2/77. The tour was delayed near Charfield after it had run into a herd of cows, causing damage to the locos brake pipes but a makeshift repair using a 10p piece saved the day. ©www.railphotoprints.co.uk - John Chalcraft
