Its normal working life over Clayton Type 1 D8521 was transferred from Scotland to Derby RTC for use as a Generator locomotive, it is seen at Derby RTC, 1/70. The loco was renumbered S18521 in June 1971, it was withdrawn from departmental duties 10/78 and tripped back to Scotland wherte it was broken up at Springburn Works 4/79. ©R Collen-Jones/Rail Photoprints
