Brush Type 4 1693 at Hither Green depot on 7 June 1970. Allocated at the time to 'D02' Birmingham Division (Bescot-Saltley), it was something of an imposter at this depot, usually associated with shunters, Birmingham RC&W Co 'Cromptons' and electro-diesels.
