IOMR No 16 'Mannin' was the last Steam loco to be built for the railway. Once again it was built by Beyer Peacock - No 6296, B1926 it was the most powerful loco to be used on the railway but was withdrawn in 1964, it is currently being assessed for overhaul with a view to it being in steam for the 150 year celebration of the railways opening in 2023.
