Having been displaced from the London Area Swindon built Class 123 set C712 (now reduced to 3 coaches) W52092, W59820 and W52105 leaves Newport while forming a Cardiff - Crewe service, the Class 123's were later transferred to Hull Botanic Gardens where they were used to form Hybrid 123/124 sets for Trans Pennine work, 26/2/77. ©Graham Smith/www.railphotoprints.co.uk
