The first Class 59 test train was headed by 56055 and 56031 with 59002 tucked inside until they reached the Savernake test site, the 59 was then put to load, after testing the train continued to Theale where it was unloaded. 9/2/86. ©www.railphotoprints.co.uk - John Chalcraft
