Fly Ash from Fiddlers Ferry Power Station was used in conjunction with the A55 improvement works and the tunneling under the Conway Estuary. To facilitate unloading a spur was built off the North Wales main line at Llandudno Junction, on 2/6/83 Class 56 56070 sits on the spur as the discharge of Flyash from its rake of HAA's commences. ©John Chalcraft/Railphotoprints
