In original condition 'Royal Scot' 6141 'Caledonian' seen at Berkhampstead, 1930. The loco was fitted with original smoke deflectors in January 1932, it was renamed 'The North Staffordshire Regiment' 4/36. Rebuklding with Taper boiler and BR smoke deflectors occurred 10/50.
