Viewed from beneath the A56 Frodsham Bridge at Newtown and with the lights and chimneys of the then recently-opened Rock Savage gas-fired power station against the horizon, Transrail 37412 crosses the Weaver river viaduct heading the 19:54 Llandudno-Manchester Piccadilly on 14th July 2000. The class 37, released to BR Landore depot as D6601 in September 1965, was in the last batch of the class deliivered from the Vulcan Foundry in the latter part of that year.
