Bulleid ‘West Country’ class light Pacific No 34092 'CITY OF WELLS' is seen with a ‘Motorail’ train and the ‘Spam can’ was piloting a BR Standard ‘Class 5’ when pictured approaching Seaton Junction in 1958. British Railways operated Motorail services from 1955 and some of those services continued into the post privatization era.
