Following the end of Steam on BR, there was a 'steam' ban (except 4472), this was eventually broken with the running of 4 tours using King Class 6000 'King George V', the first train ran on 2/10/71 while the 4th tour (pictured here) started on 9th October and worked back from Swindon to the loco's home at Hereford, the train is seen at speed on the South Wales Main Line at Magor, 9/1/71. ©www.railphotoprints.co.uk - collection
